1. The Arrest Shocker 🚔

Lynette is finally arrested. Police put handcuffs on her as people watch. She looks shocked but says nothing while being taken away.

Larry gets a sudden phone call. “Lynette has been arrested.” He freezes as his expression turns from confusion to anger.

Larry slams his phone down. “This has Bethany written all over it…” His anger explodes instantly.

Larry grabs his keys and speeds off to Bethany’s house. His mind is racing with betrayal.

He bangs hard on the door. Bethany opens it, startled. Larry shouts, “Did you have Lynette arrested behind my back?!”

Bethany, shaking, says, “I was scared… I was trying to protect myself!” Tears fill her eyes.

Larry steps back, hurt and disappointed. “You didn’t even talk to me… you destroyed my trust.”

He looks her in the eyes. “I can’t be with someone who makes decisions like this.”

“I’m done, Bethany. I’m filing for divorce. This marriage is over.” Bethany stands in shock.

Larry walks away and slams the door. Bethany breaks down crying, whispering, “What have I done…?”
